One of the early lessons of Trump’s second term is that when he says to buy stocks, the market goes up.
He’s being less explicit this time and didn’t write it on Truth Social so I’d be cautious. Previously, he tweeted it before announcing good news like removing reciprocal tariffs and the China deal.
The S&P 500 is up 0.8% and hasn’t reacted since his comment.
