Teams confirmed for Champions League semi-final second leg

The Emirates Stadium prepares for its biggest European night in two decades as Arsenal host Atletico Madrid tonight in the second leg of the Champions League semi-finals. With the tie locked at 1-1 following a gritty first leg in Madrid, a place in the final is the ultimate prize.

Mikel Arteta’s side are looking to reach their first Champions League final since 2006, while Atleti lost two finals to city rivals Real Madrid in 2014 and 2016.

Arsenal come into tonight’s clash buoyed by a 3-0 weekend win over Fulham, where Viktor Gyökeres netted twice, as well as seeing Manchester City drop points to Everton.

In Spain, Barcelona look set to win the league title with Diego Simeone’s side locked in fourth place.

Can they find an away result to move into the final? The winners tonight will play either PSG or Bayern in the showpiece – read a preview for Wednesday’s second leg here.
