Social media was turned upside down when it was revealed that Taylor Swift would make her podcast debut.
Before the announcement, Swift hadn’t appeared on this format, waiting for the right time to join her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, and his brother Jason on their popular show, “New Heights.”
Sports fans and Swifties alike tuned into the live viewing of this pre-recorded podcast, and at one point, 1.3 million people were watching live, which caused YouTube to glitch and cut the live portion short.
Swift and the Kelce brothers provided many memorable moments during this podcast, making for a must-watch video in many respects.
Several clips from the video have gone viral, including one shared via Bleacher Report, where Swift detailed what she thought a typical football game was like before getting involved with Travis.
“I thought it was like Jared Goff is here and Josh Allen’s here [on the field at the same time] … then they blow a whistle and they go at each other,” Swift said on New Heights.

In her mind, both quarterbacks were on the field at the same time, a theory that would cause mass chaos if it ever played out.
This revelation was made after she asked Travis about facing Jason in the Super Bowl shortly after they started dating, as she was worried about what it would be like to be head-to-head with him in the big game.
He, of course, explained that they’d never be on the field at the same time, which was the start to her newfound obsession with the game.
Later in the podcast, Swift revealed how big a Kansas City Chiefs fan she is now, telling a story of how excited she was when the team drafted Xavier Worthy in the 2024 NFL Draft.
Like it or not, Swift seems to be here to stay, and she’s bringing her fanbase with her to keep infiltrating the NFL.
