The Pittsburgh Steelers are tied for the fewest losses in the league right now.
While Mike Tomlin’s defense hasn’t been as proficient as expected, he still has them sitting on a respectable 4-1 record.
They’re pretty lonely at the top of the AFC North, and with the Cincinnati Bengals and Cleveland Browns struggling so badly, that’s not likely to change any time soon.
Nevertheless, the Baltimore Ravens will get Lamar Jackson back on the field sooner rather than later.
Considering that, it only makes sense that they look to add more firepower to the team.
With that in mind, it’s not much of a surprise to hear that they’re looking to trade for another pass-catcher:

The Steelers wished to have two dominant wide receivers on the team.
Unfortunately, Mike Tomlin came to terms with the idea that George Pickens wasn’t mature enough to keep around for the long run, so he chose to pull the plug on him.
So far, Aaron Rodgers’ chemistry with D.K. Metcalf has been more than evident, but they could certainly use someone else.
The former MVP is turning back the clock and has made some mesmerizing throws this season.
The Steelers seem to believe that their Super Bowl window is open, and with Rodgers most likely retiring after this season, it’s only right that they go all-in and look to give him the weapons he needs while they’re still at the top.
And with the trade deadline closing in, it’ll be interesting to see what they do.
