Major US stock indices are opening up mixed with the Dow industrial average lower, and the broader S&P and NASDAQ indices higher.

- Russell 2000 up 4.83 points or 0.21% of 2265.89.
Looking at some stocks:
- Nvidia trades to a new intraday high at $175.37. The price is currently trading at $174.40 up $0.92 or 0.53%.
- Meta are up $10 or 1.4% at $722.79.They announce earnings after the close on Wednesday
- Microsoft is trading up $0.44 or 0.10% of $514.21. They also announced after the close on Wednesday
- Apple is trading unchanged. They will announce earnings after the close on Thursday
- Amazon is trading $0.90 or 0.40% had $232.40. They will also announce earnings after the close on Thursday.
