The Rays announced a trio of moves this morning, including the news that outfielder Jake Fraley has been placed (retroactive to May 16) on the 10-day injured list due to a hernia. Shortstop Carson Williams was called up from Triple-A to take Fraley’s spot on the 26-man roster. Tampa Bay also noted that right-hander Aaron Brooks has been outrighted to Triple-A after clearing waivers.
