The Rangers are finalizing a deal with right-hander Ryan Brasier, reports Chris Cotillo of MassLive.com. It’d be a homecoming for the ALIGND Sports client, who was born in Wichita Falls, Texas and attended college in Weatherford, just 40 miles west of Arlington.
