The 2025 NFL Draft is already in the books, so it’s officially time to focus on what’s ahead of us.
It will be a full year before we get to know if these predictions will come to fruition.
Nevertheless, we already have the odds for the No. 1 pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
As reported by Jaime Eisner on X, SportsBetting AG has Texas star QB Arch Manning as the leading candidate right now (+200).
Who will be the No. 1 pick in the 2026 NFL Draft?
Arch Manning (+200)
Drew Allar (+220)
Garrett Nussmeier (+400)
Cade Klubnik (18/1)
Caleb Downs (25/1)
T.J. Parker (25/1)
Keldric Faulk (25/1)
Carson Beck (33/1)
LaNorris Sellers (33/1)
Jayden Maiava (33/1)
Spencer Fano (40/1)…— Jaime Eisner (@JaimeEisner) April 28, 2025
This is far from a surprise, given his elite traits.
His grandfather, Archie Manning, was the No. 2 pick in the 1971 NFL Draft by the New Orleans Saints.
Then, in 1998, one of his two uncles, Peyton Manning, went first overall to the Indianapolis Colts.
Just six years later, the San Diego Chargers took Eli Manning at the top of the 2004 NFL Draft.
With Quinn Ewers now gone, Manning will get the nod to start for the Texas Longhorns next season.
He played sparingly as a freshman and a little more often last season, showing glimpses of his strong play and potential.
Manning made two appearances and completed two passes for 30 yards in 2023, and he made 10 appearances and completed 61 of 90 passes for 939 yards and nine touchdowns while also rushing for 108 yards and four touchdowns last season.
Barring a shocking turn of events, he should be either at the top or near it for most of the pre-draft process, with Penn State’s Drew Allar as the strongest competitor for that distinction right now.
