The Dallas Cowboys finally have a legitimate insurance policy.
Dak Prescott hasn’t been the same player since his foot injury years ago, and it might be time to come to terms with the fact that he may not be a Super Bowl-caliber quarterback.
And now that Jerry Jones traded for Joe Milton III, he might finally put some pressure on Prescott to lose his job.
As shown by Dov Kleiman on X, the former New England Patriots signal-caller has turned plenty of heads with his impressive arm, throwing an absolute bomb for a dime.
Stud: Cowboys QB2 Joe Milton has been putting in the work non-stop this offseason, throwing an absolute dime.

Of course, everybody looks great in offseason drills, but Milton has already shown that he has one of the strongest arms in the entire league.
He’s athletic, can pick up yards with his legs, and was quite impressive in limited snaps in the preseason and during his rookie campaign.
The Patriots moved on from him to show that they were fully committed to Drake Maye, and the Cowboys weren’t the only team keeping tabs on his services.
Prescott should continue to be the starter in Arlington for the time being, and maybe for the entire season.
However, the Cowboys’ offense looked better when Prescott was out with an injury last season, and the sample size is large enough to suggest that he might not be the player they need to take them over the hump.
That will leave the door wide open for Milton to take the reins of the offense at some point in the near future.
