The Green Bay Packers fans have plenty to be excited about as their receiving corps shapes up to provide quarterback Jordan Love with an explosive array of weapons.

This offseason brought significant news when they picked a wide receiver in the first round, selecting Golden with the No. 23 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Golden joins an already promising young core that has the coaching staff buzzing.

Head coach Matt LaFleur shared his enthusiasm about what he sees developing, emphasizing that it goes beyond raw talent.

“I do think we have a very, very competitive receiver room. I think it’s as deep as anybody in the league, and I love how our guys go out there and compete and push each other,” LaFleur said on “Up & Adams.”

LaFleur witnessed this firsthand during a practice session when he prepared to correct Golden on a technique.

Before the coach could step in, he noticed Romeo Doubs already providing instruction to the young receiver.
