US stocks open mixed with the:

• NASDAQ up 0.32%
• Dow industrial average is down -0.08%
• S&P index is up 0.20%

The small-cap Russell 2000 is up 0.52%.

Both the S&P and the NASDAQ index closed at record levels yesterday.

Netflix shares are down $60 or -4.71% at $1213 after earnings. The price fell below its 50 day moving average at $1227.54. The next target comes against a swing area near $1176.28 (see chart below).

The price is down from the all-time high of $1341.15, but the price is also still up 36.59% this year. A lot was priced in. The stock is correcting some of the gains.
