The NFC East might hold some of the fiercest rivalries in major sports.
The New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles don’t like one another, and sometimes, the rivalry extends to the fan bases.
Notably, Giants edge rusher Kayvon Thibodeaux can be added to that mix.
He already admitted that he didn’t care for Eagles fans during Super Bowl week in February.
Now, he has doubled down on his disdain during a recent conversation with comedian and Eagles fan Kevin Hart.
“Is it true Eagles fans are actually not smart? … There are statistics that you guys are literally dumb as s***,” Thibodeaux said, via Dov Kleiman.

Eagles fans will certainly let Thibodeaux know how they feel about him as soon as he sets foot in Philadelphia.
Those fans have developed a polarizing reputation among the sports community.
While some acknowledge that their passion and love for their teams and their players is admirable, some believe they can be a little extra, especially when they don’t like someone.
As such, we can expect them to save something quite special for when they host the Giants this season.
Perhaps the craziest part about this is that sometimes the players don’t have a say in where they play.
The Eagles could’ve drafted Thibodeaux, or the Giants might trade him there someday.
He could even end up signing with Philadelphia if it makes him an offer he can’t refuse.
That’s why it might be smarter to make a comment like this after retirement.
