The Philadelphia Eagles weren’t necessarily Super Bowl favorites heading into the 2024 NFL season, but it didn’t take long for them to re-establish themselves as a powerhouse.
They were dominant on both sides of the ball, performing at a high level each week, leading them to the Super Bowl, where they were able to avenge a previous loss against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Nick Sirianni and his staff have been able to make a lot of moves to improve the team’s roster over the past several seasons, whether it be via trade, free agency, or the draft.
Philadelphia has had particularly great luck in the NFL Draft lately, as many of their defensive picks have not only turned into starters, but dominant players from the get-go.
One of those athletes is Jalen Carter, who fell to No. 9 in the 2023 draft.
Carter had some questionable character issues that had some teams unsure if they should draft him, but he’s turned out to be worth his weight in gold.
His first two seasons have been incredible, and he’s looking to take another step forward during the 2025 season.
To demonstrate just how strong he is, Carter recently went under anesthesia, as Dov Kleiman pointed out on X, to get several tattoos all over the front of his body.

He has many animals on his front, hoping they help him get in the right headspace for another NFL season.

Regardless of what people think of him, Carter is locked in and ready to bring the Eagles another Super Bowl.
