For now, there’s no mention on what the arrangement will be like between the two sides as they are still stuck in negotiations of some sorts. However, the EU is reaffirming that they do stand ready to take countermeasures if there is no fair deal with the US. That has been their stance since the beginning.

We’ll see when the letter arrives for the EU. But at this point, there’s until 1 August to decide that it would seem. So much for the 9 July deadline, eh?
