Brand TD: The Full Moon Party has long been recognized and attended by both domestic and overseas visitors; what wellness initiatives or programs exist on Koh Phangan to assist local community mental and physical wellness?
I would like to emphasize the island’s spiritual side by emphasizing its ecstatic dances and sound healing therapies, our Yoga culture is well established on our island with daily practices considered essential in attaining wellness; music plays an integral part in doing just this; we embrace and incorporate local as well as expat musicians through performances with healing qualities that inspire.

Food and music are universal languages which support wellness; from healthy eating and sound healing practices, to taking steps as locals to protect our environment.
Sharing and caring mentalities are keys to healthy living, so I was delighted to observe a stronger sense of sharing in Koh Phangan Island after COVID with expats and locals bonding over food and music in particular.
