Eurostoxx futures +0.4% in early European trading

  • German DAX futures +0.4%
  • UK FTSE futures +0.3%

Investors are still largely digesting the US-EU trade deal but the mood among European leaders is that the deal just isn’t good enough. So, we’ll have to see what becomes of it moving forward. But for now, at least the worst case scenario is averted but that still wasn’t enough to bring relief for European stocks yesterday. US futures are a little higher, up 0.2%, with tech shares still the ones carrying the momentum ahead of key earnings later in the week.
