Ripping a running forehand pass, Grigor Dimitrov crashed to the court.

That fantastic running forehand strike—and the fall—sparked a spirited rise.

Dimitrov saved a match point serving at 5-6 in the final set then rallied for a 6-7(6), 6-4, 7-6(3) pulsating victory over Francisco Cerundolo to battle into his second straight Miami Open semifinal.

After prevailing in a dizzying drama, Dimitrov sat on his courtside seat gulping deep breaths of air before confiding he felt dizzy.

This tremendous running pass sparked Dimitrov to his 150th career ATP Masters 1000 win.

While Cerundolo will be ruing the return he netted on match point, Dimitrov showed tremendous fight to set up a semifinal against either Grand Slam king Novak Djokovic or 24th-seeded Sebastian Korda for a spot in Sunday’s final.
