The football community is keeping tabs on Deion Sanders.
There were some worrisome reports about his health, and fans reached out.
That’s why the Colorado head coach took to social media to ease those concerns.
“I can assure you all that everything is OKAY and will continue to be so,” Sanders wrote on X.

The former NFL superstar has been absent from Colorado activities with an undisclosed illness.
Sanders had to be hospitalized in 2021, when he was at Jackson State, due to complications from a surgery to repair a turf toe injury.
He struggled with circulation problems, and with his history of blood clots, he eventually lost two toes.
It didn’t hurt his spirit, and he returned to lead the team to a bowl game and the SWAC championship.
The Super Bowl champion is recovering in Texas but will be back in Colorado as soon as he’s cleared to return to work.
In the meantime, Shedeur Sanders is trying to win the Cleveland Browns’ starting quarterback job in what’s one of the hottest storylines of the NFL offseason.
Asked about his father, the young player claimed his dad was in good spirits and shut down any major concerns.
