Crude oil futures settled $0.30 higher at $70.70

Crude oil futures are settling up $0.30 and $70.70. The low for the day reached $69.80. The high was at $70.88. The low price was the lowest level going back to December 27.

The price remains comfortably below its 200-hour moving average at $71.48 and its 100 hour moving average of $71.65. Getting back above those levels be needed to increase the bullish bias.
