The Atlanta Fed GDPNow growth estimate for Q2 remained steady at 2.4%. In their own words:

The GDPNow model estimate for real GDP growth (seasonally adjusted annual rate) in the second quarter of 2025 is 2.4 percent on July 25, unchanged from July 18 after rounding. The forecasts of the major GDP subcomponents were all unchanged or little changed from their July 18 values after this week’s releases from the US Census Bureau and the National Association of Realtors.

The next GDPNow update is Tuesday, July 29. Please see the “Release Dates” tab below for a list of upcoming releases.

The first (advance) GDP estimate for Q2 2025 (U.S.) will be released on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 8:30 AM Eastern Time (7:30 AM Central) by the Bureau of Economic Analysis. The next estimate will be the last.
