Super Bowl LXI is scheduled for February 14, 2027, at SoFi Stadium, where the Rams play their home games, NBC Sports reported. The Rams now have the shortest odds to win the championship, listed at +500. That price was +550 at the beginning of the month, when Aaron Donald’s return was still uncertain.
The team’s odds later moved to +600 after it traded for Myles Garrett, while the figure had been +850 before Garrett was added. Donald’s comeback has therefore coincided with another improvement in the Rams’ position, although the odds do not guarantee a championship. NBC Sports noted that betting on the preseason favorite generally has been an unsuccessful strategy because that team usually does not finish as champion.
Last year, the Eagles, Bills and Ravens shared the preseason lead at +700, while the eventual champions, the Seahawks, had odds of +6000 and were tied for 15th-longest. The Bills and Ravens are now joint second at +1000, followed by the Seahawks at +1200 and the Chiefs at +1600. The Rams’ home-field setting also carries a recent precedent: the previous Super Bowl held at SoFi Stadium ended with the Rams winning the title.
Even with the leading number, NBC Sports described the Rams as far from certain to win Super Bowl LXI at home.
