With so many talented young players entering the NFL next season, finding value seems easy.
That’s not necessarily the case, though.
If anything, the likelihood of getting busts is bigger than the chance of finding a star, which is why the NFL Draft is such a complicated art.
With that in mind, NFL analyst Greg Cosell shared his thoughts on Miami TE Elijah Arroyo, as he believes he can be a star at the next level.
Talking on the Ross Tucker Podcast, Cosell gushed about Arroyo’s physical traits, and while he’s worried about his health because of all the injuries he battled in college, he believes he can be a very impactful pass-catcher in the pros.
“One guy that really stood out to me was Elijah Arroyo from Miami… This guy is a higher level receiving tight end.”@GregCosell with a surprise name when @RossTuckerNFL asked him which TE prospect jumped out to him: pic.twitter.com/aet9D9C4hE

He gushed about his wide catch radius and smooth hands for a tight end.
Arroyo is an outstanding pass-catcher.
He excels at creating separation, and he’s made a living out of putting opposing defenders on their heels with his quickness and crafty moves.
He’s tough and physical, not to mention a perennial mismatch against smaller players.
The modern game requires the tight end to be heavily involved as another weapon in the passing game, and Arroyo looks tailor-made for that.
Needless to say, injuries will continue to be a talking point and a bit of a concern with him, which is why he’s likely to slip in the NFL Draft.
But if he stays healthy, he has an opportunity to be one of the biggest steals in the NFL Draft, even in a class that’s stacked at the tight end position.
