The Royals are going to place right-hander Seth Lugo on the 15-day injured list due to his low back tightness. Manager Matt Quatraro broke the news to reporters, including Anne Rogers of MLB.com. Righty Stephen Kolek will likely be recalled to start Saturday’s game.
