The Detroit Lions had one of the most potent offenses in the NFL over the past two years.
Yet they haven’t had the best luck in the playoffs, especially last season when they were dealing with several injuries, but the roster is slated to be strong again this season.
If the Lions can stay healthy, there’s no telling what this team will be capable of, especially with another year together and time in the offseason to grow and develop.
In addition, a rookie could take them to the next level.
Wide receiver Isaan TeSlaa, a third-round pick in the 205 NFL Draft, has impressed in camp, making several highlight-reel catches, via Dov Kleiman.

Targets might be difficult to come by at first, but if TeSlaa keeps this up, quarterback Jared Goff will get him involved.
Rookie wide receivers have had a lot of success in the NFL over the past few years, and TeSlaa could be another who doesn’t need much time to adapt.
He’s surrounded by great pass catchers in Amon Ra St. Brown and Sam LaPorta, who should serve as great mentors for him.
If TeSlaa pans out as some are expecting, the Lions’ offense could be much more potent moving forward.
