George Kittle Reveals How Much He Spends On His Body During Season

Athletes seem to be getting stronger and more athletic over time, and that’s not by accident.

Players are more health-conscious than ever, wanting to train and recover with the newest scientific methods and tools.

This includes diet and nutrition, which was popularized by Tom Brady and his TB-12 method.

San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle is the latest athlete to talk about his training regimen and recently revealed how much he spends on his body during the season.

“In-season, anywhere from $150-$200,000 per season, especially for the past three years,” Kittle said, via Bussin’ With The Boys.

To the average person, this number is not only unfathomable from a financial perspective, but they also don’t need to make this kind of investment in their body.

Kittle views it as essential to his longevity in the league, as it will help keep him as healthy and limber as possible.

Players are lasting in the NFL longer than ever before, and these advancements will only help them moving forward.

Athletes make a lot of money, but it’ll be interesting to see just how much they are willing to pay, and whether it’ll be viewed as worth it and necessary as more data is revealed.

San Francisco fans are excited to see what Kittle and his teammates can accomplish in 2025, considering they’ll likely all be fully healthy after multiple injuries derailed the 2024 campaign.
