Odell Beckham Jr. Hints At Possible NFC East Return

Not so long ago, Odell Beckham Jr. was one of the best wide receivers in the NFL.

His unmatched athleticism, steady hands, and route-running skills made him a force to be reckoned with.

Unfortunately, his efforts and great talents were often wasted, as the New York Giants struggled to compete at the highest level.

Beckham was eventually traded and didn’t leave the team on the best of terms.

However, it seems like whatever happened is now water under the bridge, as he hinted at potentially returning to the Big Apple during a Fanatics event on Saturday (via Dov Kleiman):

“I got you,” Beckham said when one fan screamed for him to come back to the Giants.

Of course, it’s not like OBJ has had plenty of offers sitting on his table lately.

He’s failed to stay healthy for years now, and while his talents have never been doubted, he hasn’t made much of an impact since his Super Bowl win with the Los Angeles Rams.

Even so, the Giants could do a whole lot worse than to have him there as a mentor.

If they can get anything out of him, so be it.

If not, chances are that they won’t even have to pay him that much to get him to return to MetLife Stadium.

OBJ began his career with a bang, making three consecutive Pro Bowls and earning Offensive Rookie of the Year honors there.

In five years there, he caught 390 passes for 5,476 yards and 44 touchdowns, including one of the most iconic and spectacular one-handed receptions this game has ever seen.
