The Philadelphia Eagles have had several stars play only for them in recent years.

Fletcher Cox and Jason Kelce are a couple of examples.

However, Lane Johnson might have a bit of an edge over them.

That’s not because he’s a better player than they were, as you can’t truly compare positions.

Instead, it’s because the offensive lineman might have enough in the tank to play for another five or six years.

As shown by The 33rd Team on X, Johnson has only gotten better with time.

In five seasons since he turned 30 years old, he’s played 66 games with 2,126 pass-blocking snaps.

He’s allowed 68 pressures and given up a total of four sacks.

Johnson has established himself as one of the greatest right tackles in NFL history, and he’s done more than enough to be considered the best to ever play for the Eagles.

When it’s all said and done, he has a legitimate chance to go down as their all-time leader in snaps played and games played.

Not many teams would feel comfortable rolling into a season with a 35-year-old, 13-year veteran anchoring the right side of their offensive line, but Johnson is not an ordinary offensive lineman.

The Eagles remain among the teams to beat this season, and as such, everybody will be aiming for their Super Bowl crown.

If Johnson manages to stay healthy, they should have one of the toughest offensive lines in the game as they try to repeat.
