What are the main events for today?

In the European session, we will get the final readings of the PMIs for UK and the major European economies. These shouldn’t change anything in terms of market pricing unless we get big revisions.

In the American session, we have the Canadian Manufacturing PMI, the final reading of the S&P Global US PMI and the US ISM Manufacturing PMI. The ISM report is generally a market moving release. We’ve been seeing an improvement in the soft data this month and the market will want to see if the ISM confirms that and how strong are the inflationary pressures.
