Arsenal v Barcelona: Women’s Champions League final match preview

Arsenal look to win their second Women’s Champions League final in Lisbon while Barcelona hope to continue their dominance.

The Catalans have won the past two finals, and three of the last four and pose the Gunners a mighty threat.

But Arsenal – the only English side to lift the trophy – were hugely impressive in beating Lyon in the semis and fancy their chances of more glory.

Arsenal v Barcelona: Women’s Champions League final team news

Former Barca star Mariona Caldentey is a key player for Arsenal now and will play her part in what should be an enthralling final.

Goalkeeper Daphne van Domselaar is doubtful though as she struggles for fitness so Manuela Zinsberger could start.

Barca are without Portuguese Kika Nazareth but Esmee Brugts and Claudia Pina are both hoping to start.

Ballon d’Or winner Aitana Bonmati and Caroline Graham Hansen are fit and firing.

Arsenal: Zinsberger; Fox, Williamson, Catley, McCabe; Maanum, Little, Caldentey; Kelly, Foord; Russo

Barcelona: Coll; Batlle, Paredes, Leon, Brugts; Bonmati, Guijarro, Putellas; Graham Hansen, Pina, Pajor
