Backstreet Boys’ Brian Littrell
Did Not Shout Gay Slur in Beach Altercation
… Uncensored Video Shows

Uncensored video obtained by TMZ shows Brian Littrell did not use a gay slur against a beachgoer he accused of assaulting him on his beachfront property.
Watch the clip … the Backstreet Boy appears to say, “You want to be gay?” and then call the man — identified as Kyle Gallagher — a “p***y.” Brian never uses the homophobic f-word, as previously reported.
Yes, Brian cursed at the guy, but there were no epithets hurled during the confrontation. However, both men did accuse the other of being “gay” as they described the situation.
Brian’s attorney, Peter Ticktin, tells TMZ … “The claim that Mr. Littrell used a homophobic slur is false. The full video of the encounter shows unequivocally that no such language was used. Sexual orientation played no role in this incident, and any suggestion otherwise is knowingly false.”
As we reported, Littrell tried to press battery charges against Gallagher, but prosecutors decided not to after the video appeared to back up Gallagher’s side of what happened.
In the affidavit, Littrell reportedly accused Gallagher of striking his hand and claiming Gallagher “was belligerent and disturbing the peace.” Gallagher told cops he was just “startled” by Littrell holding his phone so close to his face.
Bottom line … no battery and no slurs, but still a very heated situation.
