Line-ups confirmed for Champions League clash

Holders Paris St-Germain welcome Chelsea to the French capital for the first leg of their Champions League last-16 tie this evening.

Chelsea won 3-0 when the sides met in the Club World Cup final last summer. PSG have been inconsistent recently, losing 3-1 at home to Monaco in their last game while Chelsea have climbed to fifth in the Premier League under new boss Liam Rosenior.

PSG failed to make the top eight in the Champions League group phase and had to rely on an unconvincing two-legged defeat of Monaco to make this stage.

The sides last faced in the Champions League in the last 16 in 2015-16, with the French side winning both legs 2-1.

Here’s how they line up tonight.

PSG team news

PSG will be missing Fabian Ruiz and Quentin Ndjantou but have Joao Neves fit and available.

They make just one change from the side who faced Monaco in their last Champions League outing – Ousmane Dembélé comes in for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

PSG XI: Matvey Safonov, Nuno Mendes, Willian Pacho, Marquinhos, Achraf Hakimi, João Neves, Vitinha, Warren Zaïre-Emery, Bradley Barcola, Ousmane Dembélé, Désiré Doué

Chelsea team news

Chelsea have picked Filip Jorgensen in goal as Robert Sanchez drops to the bench, with captain Reece James starting in midfield once again.

Winger Willian Estevao has resumed training but is not fit enough to feature, and Jamie Gittens is unavailable.

Chelsea XI: Filip Jörgensen, Marc Cucurella, Trevoh Chalobah, Wesley Fofana, Malo Gusto, Moisés Caicedo, Reece James, Pedro Neto, Enzo Fernández, Cole Palmer, João Pedro
