1:38pm: The Tigers have agreed to a deal with outfielder Austin Slater, reports Jon Heyman of the New York Post. Slater, a client of the Ballengee Group, receives  a minor league deal with an invite to big league spring training, Cody Stavenhagen of The Athletic adds.
