The Mariners have acquired right-hander Cooper Criswell from the Mets, reports Jorge Castillo of ESPN. He was designated for assignment this week when New York acquired Freddy Peralta and Tobias Myers from the Brewers. Seattle has a full 40-man roster and will need to make a corresponding move to make this official.
