I simply dont like utilities (a minimum of right here in CA) refuse to permit bank card funds of their portals. Would like to autopay like the whole lot else and pay one fats invoice at finish of month.

You already know 100% they don’t seem to be getting a market charge on prepaying? I did not need to assume that.
I get percentages off on a number of companies I pay for by prepaying – and typically it’s greater than I could make in an HYSA.

On the flip aspect, I’ve by no means recieved a proposal for a reduction for prepaying a public utility firm. What utilities and what reductions do you get provided?

My tree service and garden service firms give me prepay reductions. So does my residence house owners insurance coverage. As do some companies like Ring and Amazon Prime (yearly payment is cheaper than paying month-to-month).
