The Phillies announced that infielder Rafael Lantigua has been outrighted to Triple-A Lehigh Valley and become a free agent. Right-handers Zack Wheeler and Daniel Robert have been reinstated from the 60-day injured list. Philadelphia’s 40-man roster count is now at 30.
