The analyst believes Goff remains in his prime and continues building a resume worthy of Canton.
He pointed to Goff’s consistency and ability to succeed despite working with seven different offensive coordinators throughout his career.
Several of those coordinators earned head coaching positions after their time with Goff, reflecting the quarterback’s impact on their success.
Since arriving in Detroit via trade from the Los Angeles Rams in 2021, Goff has embraced the challenge of rebuilding a struggling franchise.
Under head coach Dan Campbell, he has combined veteran experience with an aggressive approach that energizes the locker room.
His chemistry with Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jahmyr Gibbs has helped the Lions break multiple franchise offensive records this season.
Goff’s postseason resume includes a 4-5 playoff record with appearances in the 2018 Super Bowl with the Rams and the 2023 NFC Championship with Detroit.
With two Pro Bowl selections and consistent production despite coordinator changes, he continues silencing critics while anchoring Detroit’s championship aspirations heading into the second half of the season.
