The Los Angeles Chargers have themselves a history-making kicker.
Cameron Dicker recorded his 100th and 101st career field goal attempts in their Week 2 win against the Las Vegas Raiders, and he made both of them to put himself at the top of an impressive list.
He’s now 95-for-101, which is a success rate of 94.1 percent, the best ever for anyone with at least 100 attempts.

He’s the only player to attempt at least 100 field goals and make more than 90 percent.
He surpassed former Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker, who is now second at 89.1 percent.
The Chargers’ offense has looked solid in their first two games, and having a reliable kicker certainly helps.
“Dicker the Kicker” wasn’t drafted and bounced around the league before landing with the Chargers.
He made the NFL All-Rookie Team in 2022 and made 70 field goals over the next two seasons.
He and the Chargers will look to maintain their momentum and secure their third win in as many games when they face off against the Denver Broncos in another AFC West showdown.
