4 Titans Players Called To ‘Be Better’ In Week 2 Matchup

The Tennessee Titans will take the field at home for the first time this season.

Unfortunately for them, they will still be up for a tough challenge, as Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams will be in town.

With that in mind, NFL analyst Justin Melo called out Dan Moore, Tyler Lockett, Arden Kay, and Dre’Mont Jones to be better ahead of this matchup.

Notably, he also thinks that head coach Brian Callahan has to step up.

All things considered, the Titans could’ve fared a whole lot worse in the season opener.

Cam Ward’s numbers weren’t impressive at all, but he had some solid plays against one of the toughest defenses in the game.

Making your NFL debut against the Denver Broncos is no joke, much less in Mile High’s thin air.

There were some encouraging signs, and, against all odds and despite being the biggest underdog in the league in Week 1, they could’ve still won that game.

The defense put some pressure on Bo Nix and forced some head-scratching mistakes.

Now, things might get a little more complicated.

They will go against a future Hall of Famer like Matthew Stafford and an elite head coach like Sean McVay.

Also, Jared Verse will look to wreak havoc at the line of scrimmage, and he will keep Cam Ward on his toes from start to finish.

The Titans are 5.5-point underdogs today, and it’ll be interesting to see if they can prove the doubters wrong and get their first win of the season.
