It was established at this hearing that Mr Plimmer threatened one of these women by intimating to another that “if one takes me before GMC I will slit throat!” threatening one woman that Mr Plimmer threatened one more women by telling another person: if “one takes me before GMC I will slit throat”. “In 2018, it was determined by a tribunal that this individual unexpectedly entered Miss A’s office and showed her video footage showing him engaging in sexual relations with another female colleague, known as Miss C. It was also determined that Mr Plimmer inappropriately placed her hand on his groin without her consent after telling her “I have something that could cheer you up. “Mr Plimmer refused to comment further due to his planned appeal against being struck off from GMC membership.
