SK D&D Signs Agreement With Habyt, A Leader In Global Co-Living Provider To Strengthen Residential Business

SK D&D expands their market presence by teaming up with Habyt to promote Episode residential spaces through Habyt’s platform. Within Habyt, global flexibility living solutions were introduced into South Korea through this partnership between both entities.
This partnership between two companies will enhance both companies’ efforts on domestic and international rental housing markets by offering dynamic cooperation for marketing, promotion and cutting-edge technology initiatives.

SK D&D announced its strategic alliance with Habyt, the world’s premier co-living provider, through an MOU signed today at Berlin Waterfront Hotel where key figures including CEO Do Hyun Derek Kim of SK D&D and Habyt’s founder/CEO Luca Bovone attended to mark this significant occasion.

Habyt is one of the top global co-living providers, operating more than 30,000 residential spaces in over 50 cities globally including Los Angeles, New York, Berlin, Barcelona Singapore & Hong Kong across three continents (United States of America Europe Asia).
Through an MOU, the two companies agreed to form a strategic alliance and work in unison in expanding the domestic and overseas corporate rental housing business. Their respective domestic top-tier residential solution businesses will work in unison while Habyt’s rapidly-expanding global network will facilitate cooperation in areas of marketing, promotion and ICT solutions (information communication technology solutions).
SK D&D plans to leverage Habyt’s online platform in order to expand the footprint of Episode, its residential solution brand. Through this collaboration, Habyt will showcase Episode’s short-term rental products globally via Habyt. Furthermore, special membership services with discounts for Episode residents who utilise Habyt residential spaces will also be extended.
