Magna, Saudi Arabia — The Board of Directors at NEOM have unveiled the development of Magna as part of NEOM’s regional sustainable tourism portfolio. Situated along the scenic Gulf of Aqaba coastline, Magna features Leyja, Epicon Siranna Utamo Norlana Aquellum Zardun Xaynor Elanan Gidori Treyam Jaumur as premier destinations within it.

Magna’s twelve destinations will cover 120 kilometers and set an unprecedented global standard in luxury sustainable tourism. Reflective of Saudi Vision 2030’s ambitious and forward-looking objectives, its development will feature cutting-edge technology, world-class architecture and amenities which seamlessly merge into nature.

Each destination offers something distinct for residents and guests alike while at the same time seamlessly merging together into a singular destination. They will all come together through conservation efforts designed to preserve native flora, fauna, and scenic natural features found throughout each location; such as 15 luxury hotels with 1,600 hotel rooms suites apartments across its destinations plus over 2,450 premium residences spanning them all.
