Johnson tops Wales manager Bellamy's list.

“He is an elite footballer with ridiculous talent who spurs have paid big bucks to acquire. If two years pass without success then I know who my first call would be for.” Bellamy added. “He possesses all of the aspects necessary for elite level play – this player stands out. “During his playing career, Bellamy became no stranger to lavish transfers – with clubs including Newcastle United, Blackburn Rovers, Liverpool, West Ham United and Manchester City spending millions to secure him as their player – who scored 19 times for Wales over 78 appearances and netted 19 goals during that span. “Once one moves from another scenario or club to the other, sometimes success comes quickly, while at other times it takes longer,” Bellamy noted. “Robert Pires [former Arsenal and France winger] proved me wrong one season; then the following one he won player of the year… it works that way at times.” Johnson is still young so we are simply witnessing his talent manifest itself – whatever happens will take its own course. “We all are fully cognizant of his immense talent; no one can deny his potential and it was evidently seen when Spurs invested heavily in him,” Bellamy declared. “What has always struck me as remarkable about him is his dedication and work-rate for his team; this has always impressed me as it underscores why our endeavor is about teamwork.” “He proved his worth during the Turkey game when there were multiple instances where he made accurate reads on potential danger and responded quickly with timely intervention, impressing me greatly and earning me praise from my managers,” adds Bellamy of Johnson’s significance to their teams. “I am fully confident of him in that final attacking third; though his form may fluctuate on specific days, his class always wins out at the end,” stated Spurs manager Ange Postecoglou. “Would I pick him tomorrow?
