Jeffrey Wright (American Fiction) has been tapped to star reverse Michael Fassbender in The Agency (fka The Department), George Clooney’s remake of French political drama sequence The Bureau.
The political thriller follows Martian (Fassbender), a covert CIA agent, ordered to desert his undercover life and return to London Station. When the love he left behind reappears, romance reignites. His profession, his actual identification and his mission are pitted in opposition to his coronary heart; hurling them each right into a lethal sport of worldwide intrigue and espionage.
Wright will play Henry, the Director of Operations and mentor to Martian (Fassbender).
