Chook flu is infecting cows throughout the U.S. Now, scientists have found that the virus from contaminated dairy cows can stay infectious in unpasteurized milk and on the floor of milking tools for a minimum of an hour. 

Which means dairy staff probably face an elevated danger of an infection in the course of the milking course of. Whereas the risk of drinking unpasteurized, or raw, milk was not the main focus of this research, the analysis does verify that stay viruses can persist in uncooked milk.
