After bills, we’re up 9.9% for the 12 months as of August 30. It has been an excellent 12 months at this level. We have now made some modifications, rebalancing from what had develop into 67/33 to 53/47 roughly a month in the past.

Inventory Mix (US + INT) up 13.3%
Total blended returns, 12.4% for the 12 months to this point.
I’m not an funding skilled, however I did keep at a Vacation Inn Categorical final night time.
